Please read this document carefully before making any payment.
1. No-Refund Policy - All Payments
All payments made to Clearlee Perfect Aesthetics in connection with aesthetic services are non-refundable, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. This includes, without limitation, consultation fees, deposits, appointment-holding fees, treatment payments, package payments, prepaid services, and other amounts paid toward aesthetic services.
Once a payment is made, the patient is not entitled to a refund because of a change of mind, failure to attend, a decision not to proceed with treatment, dissatisfaction with the decision to purchase, or inability to use the appointment or treatment for a reason attributable to the patient.
This policy does not waive or limit any refund, cancellation, or other right that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable federal, state, or local law lf applicable law requires a refund in a particular circumstance, that legal requirement will control.
2. What Your Payment Means
A payment reseryes clinic resources, appointment time, administrative preparation, and/or treatment availability for the patient. Payment does not guarantee that a procedure will be medically appropriate, that the patient will be accepted as a treatment candidate, that treatment will be performed, or that a particular result will be achieved.
The treating clinician retains the right to determine whether a treatment is appropriate and may decline, postpone, modify, or discontinue treatment when medically indicated or when treatment would not be appropriate for the patient.
3. Rescheduling and Missed Appointments
Patients who need to change an appointment should contact Clearlee Perfect Aesthetics at least ten (10) calendar days before the scheduled appointment. The clinic will make reasonable efforts to offer another appointment time, subject to availability. A rescheduled appointment is not a refund.
Each appointment may be rescheduled up to two (1) time. Each approved change of appointment date or time counts as one reschedule.

lf any of the above occurs, any promotional, personalized, or discounted treatment price previously quoted may be withdrawn. lf the patient later elects to receive treatment, the clinic may charge the then-current, full, non-discounted treatment price. Previously paid amounts remain non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
4. Treatment Payments and Treatment Changes
lf a patient pays for a treatment, package, or treatment plan and later chooses not to proceed, changes the requested treatment, or does not use the purchased service, the payment remains non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any change to a treatment plan is subject to clinicaljudgment, availability, and the clinic’s then-current policies.
5. Medical Appropriateness and Safety
Aesthetic procedures are elective medical services. The clinician may determine that a planned procedure is not appropriate, should be postponed, or should be modified based on the patient’s medical history examination, medications, contraindications, or other clinical considerations. This clinical decision does not, by itself, create a right to a refund except where required by applicable law.
6. Patient Acknowledgment and Agreement
- I have read this policy and have had an opportunity to ask questions before making payment.
- I understand that payments for aesthetic services are non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law
- I understand that this policy applies to consultation fees, deposits, appointment-holding fees, treatment payments, packages, prepaid services, and other aesthetic-service payments.
- I understand that deciding not to proceed, changing my mind, missing an appointment, or failing to use a purchased service does not create a refund right, except where required by law.
- I understand the ten (10) calendar-day notice requirement and the one-reschedule limit.
- I understand that promotional or personalized pricing may be withdrawn when the rescheduling policy is not followed.
- I understand that payment does not guarantee treatment eligibility, treatment performance, or a particular result.
- I understand that a separate informed-consent document may be required before a medical procedure is performed.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with our policies.
